Why we don't push you to pay

If Free works for your family, stay on Free. We mean it.

Essentials exists because some families coordinate a lot of care — daily tasks, eight people in the loop, multiple loved ones. For them, the free quotas get in the way. For everyone else, Free is genuinely enough.

You'll see Essentials in the app the moment a Free limit actually matters to you — when you try to invite a fourth person, add a fifth task that month, or set up a second circle. That's when it's worth $12. Until then, it isn't.

Is Our Caring Circle really free?

Yes. Circle Basic is free forever — no credit card, no time limit. It supports 1 care recipient, up to 3 family members, and 4 tasks per month. For many families just getting started or coordinating light care, that's enough.
What happens when I hit a Free tier limit?

You'll see an in-app prompt to upgrade to Essentials at $12/month (or $120/year). Nothing gets deleted — you just can't add more until you either upgrade or wait until next month for the task quota to reset.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from account settings anytime. You keep Essentials features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically drop to Free. Your circle, members, history, and data stay intact.
Can I care for more than one loved one?

Yes. Essentials subscribers can add up to 2 additional circles for $6.99/mo each — so a family caring for both parents, or a parent and an in-law, can keep each circle separate with its own members and tasks.
What's the difference between paying monthly and yearly?

$12/month billed monthly, or $120/year billed annually — that's $24 less per year. Same features either way.
Do family members I invite need to pay?

No. Only the circle owner pays. Everyone you invite — siblings, your spouse, the loved one being cared for — joins your circle for free under your plan.
